A little of this & that
Oh my!  I have so much going through my mind!  Christmas is next week and I have quite a bit more to do.  Feeling a little overwhelmed right now!  Hopefully I can get myself organized and get it all done.  I'm sure it will all turn out okay - it always does!
The fact that I feel so unorganized right now may be why my post today is a little bit of everything happening at the moment.

I had roast left over and didn't feel like eating just roast, so I made this roast beef hash.  It turned out really good.  My mom used to do the same thing with her leftover roast.  Just chop up the roast, potatoes, carrots, and onions in a pan.  Add about a cup of water, salt, and a generous amount of pepper.  You can throw in whatever else suits your fancy too!  The water turns into a gravy and it's really yummy!

Living room wall decoration.  I took a plain canvas, wrapped Christmas material around it, and stapled it onto the back.

Got my Christmas tree up (yay!)  The wreath on the left is one my son made in the first grade.  Isn't it pretty!  It's just strips of material tied to a clothes hanger made into a circle.  Kids handmade Christmas decorations and ornaments are the most special decorations of all, aren't they!

And here is one of my felt ornaments I made this year.  It was a first attempt, so don't look too closely!

9 more days and counting down!
