Parmesan
Chicken Strips
Kids and adults will both love these!
1 lb chicken
tenders
1 cup
buttermilk
3/4 cup grated
Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup
Italian style seasoned bread crumbs
Garlic salt,
onion salt and pepper to taste
Place buttermilk in a bowl and add chicken tenders to coat. Let stand for approximately 15 – 30
minutes.
In a separate flat dish combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Remove the chicken tenders and place in the
bread crumbs until they are completely coated on both sides. Put the chicken tenders on a cookie sheet
which has been sprayed with Pam or whatever you want to use to keep from
sticking. Bake until they are golden
brown, about 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the tenders.
