Paint Chip Wall Decoration

 

I made this wall decoration with an oval canvas I bought at Hobby Lobby, and paint chip cards. I got paint colors that match my bedspread. Cut the paint chip cards into whatever shape and size you want, then use double-sided tape to stick it onto the canvas. Leave a little room between each one so the white from the canvas shows. When you stand back, it almost looks like pieces of tile and grout.

I love my new wall decoration!

 

 

 

Here's a picture when I was putting it together. I put the squares on the canvas without taping, just to make sure I got the colors where I wanted them to go. I've also seen this done with triangles and that looks really nice too. Be creative and do whatever pattern you desire!
