No Cook Banana Pudding

(quick and easy)

My sis gave me this recipe.  It’s quick and wonderfully delicious to make in the summer time.  I like it because it doesn’t involve heating up the house, since nothing is cooked.  Kids and adults both seem to enjoy this cool, refreshing dessert.  I could eat this whole bowl by myself!  J

(I deviate a little from the original recipe, so I’ve included both the original, and how I make it.  You can experiment however you want!)

Recipe
3 cups milk
1 large package vanilla instant pudding (I used banana cream)
1 can Eagle Brand Milk (I left this out – was just as good!)
2 oz container Cool Whip (I used ½ the container)
6 or 7 bananas
12 oz box vanilla wafers

Combine pudding with milk and mix.
Add Eagle Brand milk.
Fold in Cool Whip with spoon then add bananas and stir to incorporate bananas.
Layer wafers then pudding.  Top with wafers.  (You don’t have to use the whole box of wafers.  It just depends on how many you like in your pudding.)
