Jalapeno Ranch Dip

When I was visiting my son at college, we ate at a Chuey's restaurant and fell in love with their dip.  So I started searching on the Internet and came up with this recipe which is pretty close!  I tweaked that recipe just a bit, to what you see below.  This brings the traditional ranch dip to new heights!
1/2 cup mayonnaise
16 oz container sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup tomatillo salsa
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1 1/2 - 2 packages of Ranch Dressing Mix
1/3 cup pickled jalapenos (sliced and without the juice)
1/2 lime squeezed (optional)

Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until the consistency is smooth.
This is best when refrigerated for at least an hour to bring the flavors together.

The first time I made this I accidentally put in some of the juice from the pickled jalapenos and it was too tangy or sour - so leave out the juice!
